Directions

1Slice the bananas and mix with sugar, let stand for 30 minutes.

2A round mold (diameter - 26 cm) grease with butter and sprinkle with semolina.

3Blend eggs, slowly add condensed milk and melted butter.

4Add flour and stir or mix on slow speed.

5Gently add in bananas.

6Add dough into prepared baking pan.

7Bake at 200 º C for about an hour (till you will get dry stick).

8During baking, if the dough is browned quickly, cover it with aluminum foil.

9Cool in the oven.

10Remove and store in a refrigerator.

Very Easy, Very Nice!
This was very easy to make following the instructions to the letter, it came out beautifully! Not too sweet, just right, more bananas than dough which was good for me!
