General:

  • 1.

    Wash meat, dry and cut into small cubes, then fry and put into a saucepan.

  • 2.

    Peel onions and mushrooms and cut into slices.

  • 3.

    Put into a saucepan, pour in broth, add concentrate and simmer covered on low heat until meat is tender.

  • 4.

    Fry the flour on tablespoon of butter, add a few tablespoons of water, stir thoroughly and add to meat.

    Bring to boil.

  • 6.

    Add cream and season to taste.

    Pierwszy raz słyszę,żeby stroganowa kroić w kostkę? Polędwica krajana w długie i wąskie paski, smażone z cebulą i pieczarkami, wg niektórych przepisów także z dodatkiem ogórków kiszonych i gotowana z mąką, przecierem pomidorowym, pieprzem i solą.Pozdrawiam Christopher
