Directions

1Wash meat, dry and cut into small cubes, then fry and put into a saucepan.

2Peel onions and mushrooms and cut into slices.

3Put into a saucepan, pour in broth, add concentrate and simmer covered on low heat until meat is tender.

4Fry the flour on tablespoon of butter, add a few tablespoons of water, stir thoroughly and add to meat.

5Bring to boil.

6Add cream and season to taste.

Boeuf Stroganow
Pierwszy raz słyszę,żeby stroganowa kroić w kostkę?
Polędwica krajana w długie i wąskie paski, smażone z cebulą i pieczarkami, wg niektórych przepisów także z dodatkiem ogórków kiszonych i gotowana z mąką, przecierem pomidorowym, pieprzem i solą.Pozdrawiam Christopher
